A story
4 Generations
The Château Saint‑Benoît has been a family‑estate for four generations. The vineyard covers 11 ha, mainly planted on clay‑limestone soils, and is spread across the communes of Montagne (near Libourne), Saint‑Émilion and Puisseguin in the Gironde (33) department.
Benoît CYREN DECOLY is the wine‑grower and harvest‑producer of the estate’s red wines under the Château Saint‑Benoît label, which bottles wines from du Montagne Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion and also the Lussac Saint-Émilion.
Tasting
& Wine tourism
Tasting a wine is so much more than simply drinking it: it’s the art of observing it, smelling it, tasting it and analysing it to reveal all its facets—its aromas, its structure, its balance, its complexity and even its ageing potential.
Accessible to everyone, the tasting is an enriching sensory experience. It not only helps you better understand what you have in your glass, but also trains your palate and allows you to discover the full richness of a terroir.
We invite you to a complete immersion: each wine carries a story within it. Learning to listen to it is already beginning to savour it.

Sustainable viticulture is an approach to vine‑growing that aims to produce wine while reducing the environmental impact of viticulture. It is a middle way between conventional viticulture (often intensive in chemical inputs) and organic viticulture.
This viticulture is based on observation, prevention and minimal intervention. It seeks to intervene only when necessary, relying on technical, agronomic and environmental data.
